We have two 1.5 ton split in our home for the past seven years. About 10 days ago the condenser of one of the splits packed up and has to be replaced. I have been promised several times that the replacement is on the way and now the call centre doesn’t even answer the phone.
If you have the budget, go for Daikin instead. The after sales is far superior.
