Mind-blowing!!!

I bought this phone from the US for around 670$ which is around 27K in INR. considering that the N95 was around33K at the time...this is a steal..the most feature packed phone ive seen...everything is top-o’-da-line...from the 624Mhz processor which is 1/3rd that of a good laptop!(the N series barely cough up 200Mhz) to the cavernous 1GB internal storage...its got everything from FM radio to Wifi LAN.

Takes a bit of getting used to..but once u do...u come to the pleasant realization that its actually a miniature version of ur computer with good ol’ Windows XP to boot!(the software is Win Mobile-5.0 its the equivalent of XP)

Everything is pretty much lined up like ur own XP computer...and the amount of personalization u can do on this...to make it more comfy for ur style is truly amazing... I read the reviews at gsmarena and here...saying that it shuts off after 50% power. I would like to categorically state that my O2 atom life does not do so and it runs till the very last 1% battery life and every little bit of power is sucked out of it. It gives a decent batt. Life of one day only considering the heavy duty processor onboard.

the phone Sound Quality is decent....the speaker phone is rad! with 3DSRS surround sound and 10 band equalizer..This is a seriously cool toy!

2.0MP Camera is not upto the mark...but then again...that was just put there to stop tongues waggin abt a space-age phone without a camera??!!

Internet is a breeze and a real pleasure to view in this 2.8 inch wide screen. It is capable of  EDGE, 3G AND 3.5G(that means a top internet speed of upto 3.6MBPS!!!pity the network isnt here in India!) there is every kind of connectivity ever invented... bluetooth, wi-fi, gps etc etc etc

It is GPS capable...but requires a GPS transceiver..Applications are freely available on the net if u know where and how to look...and a doctors perspective...me being one...this is something every doc should have...i have huge reference books...drug databases...latest news on cutting edge tech...all in the palm of my hand...

Oh did I mention..its a phone too.. :-D unlimited message storage, unlimited contact storage, 100 missed, dialled and received calls..the works.

I know this is evanescent technology which..if bought at such a high price must be used well and for all the apps..but once u do...i’d say its well worth the money....much more than buying a glorified telephone at 30K ... this thing has THE STUFF!!!
