Bad experience

Very poor customer service... I went to my hometown for two weeks and thought of buying cash card for convenience... Friday afternoon I bought SIM card and I was told that after 5:30pm it would get activated.. I kept on waiting for it.. the shop (Digital communications) didn’t provide any customer service center number as well.. Sunday it was closed and I had to go to the shop on Monday again and could get it activated by monday evening only.. The problems were still not over... SMS function was still not working... and after much tracing of the customer service center I was told that the message service center number has to be set manually... Couldn’t they hv told it when I bought the card... It was very frustrating experience for four days... moreover, when I suggested them to improve their service and asked them to tell their customers abt their basic requirement things (like message centre number needs to be set) what I got to hear is - ’’Dekhiye bhai saahab, aap jahan se bhi aaye hai... humaari service yahan ke hisaab se kaafi achchi hai... aur SMS ke baare mein hum sabko kyun bataaye? card khareedte waqt jis customer ko SMS chahiye woh humse pooche’’... What should I say to him !!
