ODA classes first enroll the kids by luring the option of early bird offer and when I asked the admission counsellor Mr. Aditya about refund option if at all my kids doesn’t like the way of teaching, then he said if we decide before March then it will be 60% refund and 40% they deduct. And after completing one month as my kids is not finding time to study other subjects Mr. Aditya straight denied saying he never promised any sort of refund. I have his conversation recording and later I also contacted Mentor teach Mr. Harshvardhan he clearly says Oda is not having policy of refund. Its one time fees paid they don’t even bother if the service is liked by enrollee or not. Their one-to-one session timings are very odd it is mostly when the kid is in school and they never come back for one-to-one sessions in off school timings.
My sincere suggestion to all the parents don’t get emotionally fooled by this con company Oda. As they display in ads that their teachers are from IIT or NIT. Its a simple understanding why do IIT or NIT grads join such a small company? Their teachers education I really doubt are even graduates from a normal college.
PLEASE DON’T FALL IN THE TRAP OF ODA. Coz, once you pay fees it will never come back as refund on pro-rata basis. Neither they give you a proper response. I would have given Oda negative ranking for their help and support if the option is provided to me.
