I have been a regular visitor to odyssee book shop in Vashi
Palm Beach Galleria shopping mall in Navi Mumbai, my frequency of visits being
once in a week every week in continuity. To my disappointment every time i
asked for a book the reply is "Sorry Sir! We haven’t got it or it is out
of stock" and to my astonishment it goes so for some of the bestseller
titles as well. So week after week I end up walking through the LUXURY STORE
looking up titles which are pedantic and stale. Although they seem to have
somehow managed handful of genres at display but the depth of assortment within
each genre is pathetic.
Also I couldn’t help ignore the nuisance which store manager let guests get
away with when they literally decide to finish their all family disputes loudly
on mobiles inside the bookstore
