I have had a similar experience as well. The books I was looking for, well known titles, were not there. More so, the staff did not make any effort to accept order for these books, maybe the store manager does not have procedure of ordering books that clients are looking.
I then started looking for pens, and again, the pens I wanted were not there. It has happened on two occasions. Another couple of such instances, and I will start giving Odyssey a miss.
