I am a regular online shopper from sites like indiatimes, shopclues, tradus, ebay, infibeam etc and this website is the most unsupporrtive, rubbish & fraud one that I’ve came across.I am suffering because I ordered 16 gb pen drive on 24.09.12 from this site without going thru the reviews. Due to the site error, unresponsiveness and no order update, I ordered the same item twice and fighting for delivery as well the refund.Here are my observations which surely will be helpful for new and old online shoppers 1. No order confirmation or update came from orders@offerbean.com or anybody till now.
customtakeouter Care no 0141-4116767 was also wrong and it was not updated for long. Now they have updated it.But they will not respond on saturdays or even on working days also.
Even send mails so many times, no reply came from support@offerbean.com
Shipping info, order update and refund status all are also dark. There is no update till now.
Further I called one Mr. Shyam, their so called customtakeouter care head/guy, at 9875152139 two- three times regarding the shipping of one item and refund of other, is a stupid, crap and non-sense person. He misbehaves and is ill-mannered fellow who doesn’t know how to talk to customtakeouters. Every time He just says item shipped and wait till as time shown in site. Not ready to listen anything and not ready to reply positively.
Till now their is no status update or anything from anybody at offerbean.
So Please don’t order from them.Save your money and time. Beware of these cheaters.I think they will close it soon and run away after taking money from customtakeouters. Also, I’m going to fill a complaint case against them at NCH if order is not delivered in 2-3 days.Compared to other website, this site is absolutely rubbish and cheating. Dont ever dare to to shop there!!!!!!
