This is a pathetic website. They can’t deliver one packet right and then they argue and talk indecently to the customer. Please don’t ever order from here. I ordered a toy (order no - 100000846) and it was delivered to billing address instead of shipping address. Even after calling 3 times these guys were not ready to arrange a reverse pick up.
Worst part is, I called twice on a Monday - first time they said pick-up will be in the evening, next when I called in evening they said on Tuesday. There was no pick-up even then and when I called on Wednesday. the support guy tells me you did not call us on Tuesday hence we didn’t arrange pick-up.
This is hopelessly bad!!
