Been there a couple of times during my earlier visits to India, even when it was called Fish Only... is very close to the place I normally stay at so can walk there unless I have a group of senior citizens that need a cab... the problem lies in there, but then.. whatz life without probs

Prices - by my standards, they are fine
Had Betki this last time, never heard of that fish before.. and thoroughly enjoyed it. Also had a coconut shrimp curry which was presented very nicely in a coconut shell... not too spicy so that is another plus point..
Bengalis and non-bengalis must eat there to know how good the food is... oh, btw, the hand pulled carriage outside is a nice touch... wanted to ask management if they were gonna let us use it :)
