Hello my all dear friends today I am going to tell my problems experience about ole cabs. 1) cab started from my home for ooty at around 4 pm and was supposed to reached ooty by 10 pm in night
2) Before leaving cab and departed at hotel in mystore we recording the kilo miter reading and in morning again when we checked kilo meters reading were automatically increased 20 kilo meters . When my father asked ola cab driver about this he started misbehaving with us and started speaking in another language only , before this he was comfortably speaking in hindi and English.
3) Now drive become very rude With us and was not answering anythings, whenever we asked anything he was only respond in other languages which language I don’t understand. He realized we were monitoring KM reading that’s why he put on small towel in odometer so that we can not monitored the reading. When my father asked his to remove towels he responded very angry in another language. 4) after intering jharkhand border he asked me to pay 1000 rs, for entry tex , I give him 1000 rs and insisted him to take me also where he going to pay tex, and he was only speaking in another language and not cooperating with me and was not allowed me to go with him . Finally he went along after his return I asked him so me to tex reception but he refused to show any tex reception even after asking multiple times. Finally I give up and again return in cub.
5) now after few hrs we reached ooty I booked a hotel and we have already prepared a list of places and we thought of visiting , we asked him to take us few places but he refused to go any places .
6) finally I ended up in paying 7000+ 1000 rs to ola driver and driver left for jharkhand , after drivers left we filt a great relief and booking a local taxi for oty side. After that we reached our home.
