I booked OLA cabs 3 days before my travel(CRN 133339876). I got the confirmation and then Driver called us and said he is not intrested to pickup and drop at our destination and said us to cancel it. It was late in the night and I don’t have anyother means.
When tried calling the customer care, they said they don’t have any vechile available at that time. They should have arranged alternate cab, but they even didn’t respond to the rude behaviour of the driver.
Very bad and I’m not going to use it anymore!
