Everything is wrong and phony about this outfit. I booked outstation cab for 3 days. They without my consent transferred the job to some cheap taxi service. Driver as well as car was shoddy. I had called the car for 06:00 A.M. He reached at 06:40. car was old, dirty, smelly.
There was little fuel and he stopped twice for fuel before we reached first toll plaza on Pune express way(about 60 K.M. from my place). We reach that plaza at 10:30. Driver would not answer any of my question. We contacted OLA cab and they also had no solution as it actually was not their cab or employee. They left us yo our fate after saying few nice things.
At that point I decided to cancel my trip and told driver to return. He then called his boss and boss in turn called us and threatened us and warned against returning. I had to bully the driver to make him return. Ola cab is not bothered as they got got their commission in advance only. Perfect crooks. I will have to make extra efforts to get my advance back.
I lost money on hotel booking and also vacation was ruined, for all that these cheap crooks responsible.
