I totally disliked this app and their service, it is absolutely wastefull to books cabs through ola as they charges very high and also arrives very late at the pickup point. I personally faced lot of issues and problems while booking and travelling through ola cabs firstly they show that no cabs are available at your location then after 5 to 10 minutes they displayed that cabs are available so I booked the cab for travelling a very shorter distance of around 3 kms and due to this the driver called me and said I cant come their as I am very far from your location so I cancelled my booking and due to some urgent reasons I again booked cab through ola and after a lot of persuasion driver of the cab agreed to pick me up from my location and after picking me up the driver unnecessary covered a more distance than the actual distance as a result of longer distance the bill came of around 230 for travelling just 3 kms. So I recommend everyone not to travel through ola cabs as they charge very high and also you might face a lot of problems while arriving your destinatuon so be smart take a sensible decision and dont travel through this app
