I got a promotional sms from Ola stating that if I ll take 5 rides within a stipulated time period they will give a voucher worth ?10000 .when I enquired through mail they asked me to send screenshot of that sms.I mailed the screen shot but they didn’t reply after dt.I have sent so many reminder mail but no one is responding.
This regarding the loss which I incurred due to ola.i had booked ola cab. And I said that cab person to take one pickup from another location far only 1 km. But he has denied and I said to him that I don’t want cab. Even he has not started the meter even then he said I have to pay full money he frighten me.
