Initially when I started using olacabs, I had no problems whatsoever.infact I used to suggest people to use olacabs.Then came the time when their market increased.Almost everyone started using private cab operators , preferably olacabs. And then the problem started.Even after getting booking confirmation.no driver information, no cabs ! And it has not been happening for the first time.Yesterday , I booked a cab from hsr layout to yeshwanthpur railway station.i booked the cab at 8 pm for pickup at 9 pm.Though I got the booking confirmation, I didn’t receive any driver details till 8.45. I called their call centre and inquired about the booking.I got a pathetic excuse saying that the assigned driver has been to another trip and they are sending another driver. I mean how can this happen .So, either their online system and their backend capabilities have gone for a toss or their call centre guys are becoming useless ! .Then somehow they sent the driver details after 10 minutes.and I called the new driver and he says you have cancelled the booking so I came for a different trip.
