Y’day, I have booked outstation #OLA Cab from Delhi to Uttarakhand 50 km from Moradabad(~250 km), the faire shown while booking was INR 5302/-. Once reach to destination the billing amount was INR 9092/-. I have been communicated by Ola Team as rest all amount is for excess distance, state tax & toll.
It is surprising to see these extraordinary hidden charge.
I propose never book Ola for outstation as its travel fares reflected during booking are very low to make it attractive but these kind of hidden charges will make is almost double.
