I had recently used a lot of taxis from Ola Cabs in my recent visit to Guwahati. I had no problem in requesting for a cab and contacting the Ola drivers. The behaviour of the drivers were good though many didn’t have change and we had to give extra. But overall the usage of the app was smootha nd we face d no problem. And I would recommend Ola to everyone as the local taxi operators were not willing to go to many locations where Ola did.
