So I am writing a review for my travel to Chennai from Pune. At Chennai Airport we booked Ola, our request was accepted at first then was canceled after the driver realized that our mode of payment was not cash. The driver called and repeatedly kept asking where we had to go, inspite writing the drop location, as we were new to the city we were not well versed with the city. When he realized that the mode of payment was not cash he canceled our trip. This happened 2 times with us.
Firstly why ask whn the drop location is already on the app????
Same thing happened with us when we returned to Pune. Our journey back back from airport we had to experience the same. So I think ola should just start accepting only cash. This is just a waste of time and money for the customers.
