So just like any other day I sat in an ola share to get to my work, and just like any other day ola drivers didnt have any change, so I left the cr to get a change of 500 till then one of your drivers namely Pankaj D OSN475231919 took the phone and when I got back seeing no phone gave me the idea that I had my phone and so I completed my transaction as a customer by paying him his ride fees .later I realised my phone was missing so I called up the driver and the driver informed me saying that the phone was with him, he told me to wait in noida till he finishes his ride and there started a seriers of denial on their half of returning it . even the ola customer care is one of the worst services ever, I mean if a customer loses his or her belonging he / she should go to the police and file an FIR, in this day and age with work and everything they expect me to get them a copy of FIR, unnecessary precautionary measure even though they have full information of the drivers, as it is the compkany doesnt treat the share drivers too well neither they habve chnage and if we get change the valuables go missing, later I kept calling the driver and he kept on putting me off until one day they asked me for the passcode of my phone, ofcourse I didnt give it, my point is OLA, can you get me my phone or do I have to put my life on hold and get into the judiciary system of this great nation? because certainly I dont want to drive an OLa I want to finish my own work so please get me my phone .if not then tell your drivers to notify me that it wont heppen .cant put up a puppet using your customers, its really bad and unprofessional of you, UBER ALL THE WAY .
