OLA is just providing the cabs facilities is very helpful for daily as well as concessional professionals/users. My personal experience with all the rides was wonderful. Drivers were supportive, soft spoken, known to the local areas & experienced. Time frame after booking the cab/ride is acceptable if driver is getting late due to any unavoidable situations they consistently inform to the user to avoid any hassle during that time which I feel is good. They are providing the excellent services in Delhi NCR region.
