I have booked Cab through Ola app. They give false promises that they will give 50% discount if it is booked through Ola app. Even I talked with 3 customer care members and they told that the 50% off is applied if you book the Cab anywhere through the City.
But, when the bill came, they did not give any discount, instead charged the whole amount i.e. Rs 900. Ideally, it costs 750 for Airport drop from my place but Ola charged waiting charges and other costs and bill came out to be 900.
When I contacted again Ola customer care, they told that for airport pickup and drop, 50% off does not apply.
They are simply looting customers by making false promises.
Moreover, the Ola app sucks and not at all user friendly.People from customer care departments are giving different statements.
They simply loot people.
