I booked a cab in ride now option. the SLA was 5 min when I booked the cab. I was waiting for the cab from 20 min called to driver he told me to come in 5 min and then I got the message as your cab has been arrived. I went outside and was searching for the cab it was not there, then I again called to driver he said that ha was in traffic.
I asked him about that message he didn’t rep on that and cut the phone. I called to customer care executive they told me to arrange a new cab for me. but they also didn’t arrange a new ca. after half an hour I took auto. when I was in auto cab driver called me I didnt pickd up the call then I received an invoice of rs 111.
I couldnt’ even imagine that they are doing these kind of cheating. it is a worst cab service. we can not trust this cab service.when I complaint about this they send me a mail that they will credit an amount of rs 300 in my account within 48 hours. 1 week has been passed they didnt credited a single rupee. even they are not replying for this issue.
