There is also a provision the driver can rate you in their app so any guy misbehaves with them, they can give you low rating so be careful they are human being, I have seen that due to some issue if cab comes late the people misbehaves with the driver, listen the problem then you direct, a little delay due to traffic jam or some other cause is not the fault of the driver at all, so be cooperative from your side too.
