I have used Ola cab many times and I can say that it is one of the worst cab services available in India,
I had recently booked a cab and the cab came and driver called me to come to the pickup location and then he cancelled the trip and Ola cab charging me money for cancelling the trip and this is very unfair,
I went before many times before with ola cab and never had a problem but now the company doesn’t care about their customers.
