App itself is good enough, its having good layout, good features, they show you an estimated time, estimated fare etc etc.
But actually when they come to serve you they are just up to the point
Basically its like Don’t judge a book by it’s cover
The app and its features seems that they will give you a good experience but they don’t.
I am a regular customer of this kind of service caus daily I have to travel from my home to my Collage.
Cabs are never available when you need them.
When luckily you get through, driver will refuse to come.
So, you can not depend on it during peak times like on a day when you literally want to reach early
Ola has started a new service called as Ola auto I have tried it servel times,
At starting I was very happy that they come on time, price are lower than cabs but day by day they also started to do there worst.
Nowdays First driver accpet your request and then they will refuse it and you don’t evem get a notification about it that your ride has been cancelled.
Recently the service of the app has been degraded.
The GPS locator os not able to locate you accurately on map.
Finding and sharing cabs have become a nightmare recently.
There are soo many problems in this app
It starts to hang
Uff.
Ola was good at there initial face but they had degreded themselve
I hope they will do some improvement.
