Hello friends I want to share my experience with ola cab I must say this type of service must be banned in the city.
One time I have a 300 rs free coupon of ola cab so when I use this coupon at the end of the ride driver asked me to pay the amount I said I applied free coupon so its free ride then when I call to customer care the said we change our services now when you use coupons the amount of ride goes to your ola wallet but you have to pay for the ride I asked that if you change your policy so at least you want to inform to us they only said sorry and refuse my call such a bad way of talking.
Everytime driver not come in proper time there service always charge high amount the driver always take long route to reach to the destination so guys my experience with ola cab is worst please dont use their bad service.
