Hi All, I just wanted to share my experience using these so called App based taxi services in Bangalore(Ola, Taxi For Sure etc). These companies just big cheats. I’ll share my experience. I had booked a Ola cab for my wife to comute to her office as she was unwell and couldn’t use her 2 wheeler. The distance she comuted form home to her office is just 3kms,
Firstly the cab came 1 hr late(booked for 9.15 am, cab came at 10.30 am), when she reached her destination, she got a shock of her life, the bill generated was 285/- bucks, just for 3kms. When asked the driver he said he himself is shocked at the invoice created on his App, he apologetically told my wife to enquire with the company, when I called up to clarify the executive just disconnected my call when I asked her why the invoice was 285/- for just 3kms.
This is just ridiculous!. These services just cheat us in the name of customer service. So friends beware when you are planning to book a taxi.
