I have experienced OLA cabs for a few rides and my experience was really not good. Firstly if you book a ride, the cab takes too much time to arrive. Imagine if you are already late and then your cab is also not arriving on time, that feeling makes you frustrated.
It has happened to me more than once that the driver has asked me to cancel the ride and the reasons they give are very common: "I have to refuel my car so cancel the ride." "I cant come, there’s way too much traffic. Please book another cab."
The significant reason that I won’t recommend OLA cabs is the over priced billing. You take a ride from a place to another in OLA and then the same route in Uber and You’ll know that OLA is really expensive.
The only positive point is that the drivers are familiar with the roads but still the other troubles cant be justified by one positive point.
I would simply suggest to use Uber instead of going for OLA.
