Yeah initially ola was best in all angles and even the drivers were so friendly but now everything is changing ugly
Some of the good things are they have a dedicated customer service available unlike in uber and we can call them anytime and they will respond in case vehicle has not arrived or some issue with him .infact two times because of technical faults I got solved the issue.
For elder ones who can’t use app using a mobile num can book a cab and go hassle free.
And cost is cheaper than auto and now both ola and uber are charging same amount in a mangalore. Ola cabs show more distance many a times when compared to uber which shows perfectly all the time.
Initially we had no problems with drivers and charged what amount comes in the app, but now they are telling some story and even in the initial booking only they are fixing the charge and not considering online wallet cash properly .during night they are asking easily 200 extra.
Now ola services have gone bad and started using uber which is better than paying double amounts.
I wont recommend this to my friends any more
