I have a complaint to make. When I entered the cab at 12.47, the meter in the cab already showed 26 minutes and 0.1 km. When I discussed the same with Cab driver, he said that the meter automatically starts at 12.30 as it was booked for that time.
And while booking it was clearly mentioned, When I got down the cab at 1.15 the waiting time was 37 min. When I asked the cab driver, he rudely said it is automatic.
First the waiting time should have started when I entered the can and not 26 min when I entered the cab 2-3 minutes late than the 15 mins extra promised timings. I had to pay for 37 mins waiting, for a journey of total 27 mins that I sat in cab. This has made me feel cheated.
I spoke the same to a customer care consultant and she said action will be taken. I m not sure that there is any action as yet.
This makes me hate OLA even more.
