You were good until you collaborated with the Rickshaw folks in Bangalore city. The infamous rickshaw ppl of Bangalore who are so well known for their behavior and "politeness" are making that obvious through your app too.
3 instances:
First time, the rickshaw guy declines saying he is stuck in traffic. I can see him on the map and the know for sure there is no traffic between his location and mine.
Second time, the rickshaw guy accepts my request and then his phone is switched off and no response from him.
Third time, the concerned rickshaw guy says.place too far.
Each time I have booked it via the ola app. Folks at Ola, please rethink your decision about having the rickshaw guys on board.
