I’m sharing my experience with ola cabs. I was in Kolkata near esplanade. I had to go to the bus stand because I was going out of station. It was 8 pm, I started booking ola cabs but facing problems due to rush. I finally booked an ola cab but the driver did not accepted my booking order saying that it is night and he is far away from my location so he can’t come.
And I was surprised hearing the same excuse from another ola cab driver. As there were no taxi I had to go by foot.
