Hey guys . I am here to share my experience with you.
few days earlier I booked a cab, driver came for pickup but he was too late .
I just ignore that . my fare was 260 I gave him otp he start the trip and by mistake he ends the trip within a minute . he tell me to book ride again I booked again .
he drooped me to my location and charged 520 . . he told me if I don’t give him money he will be fired by cab owner so I give him . and also he told me to talk costumer support, .
as he told me I talk to costumer care representative but they refused to return money .
SO BE CAREFUL TO OLA DRIVERS .
tour operator wasn’t helpful too
that was my bad experience . if you want booking no . I can give you .
