I am writing a review about ola cabs and my personal experience with it. Ola claims to be the best service provider. However I had a very bad experience with regard to their fares. As you all know they display fares for the specified destination before hand. I work at crawford market at stay at andheri. Since that day there was a bus strike fares were already high. The fare displayed for me for the said destination from crawford market was displayed at Rs.800/-, I booked the cab on the basis on this. However while reaching my destination I got the shock of my life. The fare charged to me by Ola was 1250/-. At that time I had no option but to pay the specified fare.
Later I called the ola call centre and informed them about the incident. They neglected me and told me that the fare of Rs.1, 250/- was displayed before hand. I tried to explain them about the matter but they refused to return the money compelling me to bear the loss of the excess amount.
Guys I tell as far as possible avoid this cab operator. They are theives and will not lsiten to you. Better go in for their competitor.
