I had really bad experience twice and now I will never use it again and suggest to avoid such people till they fix their issues. They have sent the wrong car when asked for luxury car, driver was totally illiterate, couldn’t converse in Hindi or English. Had no etiquette and was worse than auto drivers.
Behavior was horrible, kept on calling every two minutes despite of the fact that he was early for the pickup.
NO BILLS given, no READING shared. BILL was decided over the phone where driver told to put the amount and then SMS came. Completely DISHONEST.
CUSTOMER SERVICE, didn’t have a clue what to do.
Second time more or less repeat of experience.
NEVER EVER USE THEM.
