I m sharing my own personal experience which I had.
First of we all friends decided to go for tour and we already paid the money by online paytment . After that we were going for the tour the driver dont know the way of talking how to talk with the customer he was very rude with all of us and the the middle of the tour he asked for the money for the food we all said that we already paid the money online afyer that he said he doesn’t follow the term and conditions of the ola cabs we call to the customer care then we say to resolve our problems but the driver was not talking to customer care also and because of him our tour was became worst and the sits were messy too the wrapers nd dust they didn’t clean it. Nd he doesn’t know anything
Its better not to go in this cab.
