I have been using this Ola cab services in pune since 1yrs and I have had a very good and very bad experience too.
The good things are; ola cabs are mostly available t all time with reasonable price and with your choice . they have different types of cab services like Auto, mini micro and xuv. and thier services are average.
the worst experienced I have had is most of the time I book ola auto they asked me that the payment is going be made by cash or ola money, if my answer is ola money they will refused to pickup.
sometimes while the cab driver reach the pickup point they will ask me to cancel the trip so that they could get whole money by themselves, I don’t know why they do all this cheap things.
as compared to Uber, ola drivers are a bit rude .
I am going to switch with uber for now and then.
