Ola Cabs is providing the Cab services all over India. I have taken 7-8 rides with this ola cabs.
Ola is providing their services like micro, mini, share, prime sedan, prime SUV and also Auto. Ola Micro and Mini charges low price comparing to Prime SUV and Prime Sedan. Who wants to have a ride with low price they can use sharing as the sharing option is also available.
The main problem with this Service provider is the cabs will not come on time. I have faced the situation and lost my time.
Tour Operator - The tour operator is not helpful because of he is also new to ola cabs.
Knowledge of Tour Guides - The drivers will not have the knowledge to follow instructions shown in the Map.
Transportation Quality - I have taken a trip with Tata Indica, It is a old car, I felt uncomfortable with its condition.
The charges are also very high, I wouldn’t prefer to take a ride with ola cabs.
