Ola cabs have now started actively cheating visitors to Delhi by supporting and siding with drivers who cheat customers. Yesterday, my foreign guest was charged Rs 421 for a distance where the fare is about Rs 147. The guest was blamed for the incident and the driver declared innocent by Ola Cabs, their partners in crime.
I sincerely advise all non Delhi residents not to patronise this aggregator who knowingly abets criminal cheating practices by their affiliates. They are not only guilty of cheating but also spoiling the name of our country.
