Had booked a cab on 21-1-2012 at 9.45pm. I got the msg with the driver/cab details at 9.30 pm and starting 9.30pm I was calling the cab diver to know his location and to confirm (because the cab was booked for 2 of my female friends) .
The Driver never responded to the calls and I had made atleast 20 calls during this time 9.30-10 pm. In b/w I called the customer support and everytime the only response I got from them was "The cab is nearby to ur area sir, I will call the cab driver and get back to you, he should be there in 3-4 mins" - which was all just a lie because finally one of their agent confirmed that the cab was at at a place which was 4-5 kms away from the pick up point.
The point is that, those customer service guys could at least had the courtesy to admit their mistake and arrange a spare cab when they knew that the driver who was booked first was not responding to any of the calls. instead of making us wait for 45 mins.
Finally at the end of everything, the customer rep who had so blatantly lied that the cab would reach in 3-4 mins called me back to ask why did I cancel the cab ^_^. .
