I booked 2 innovas on July 26, 2014 from Pune to Shirdi and what an experience I got from your drivers! I have used your services on a few occasions previously and it was good but this experience will make me think twice before I call Ola again for their services.
The drivers don’t wear uniforms and have such a callous attitude. I had to wait for 10 at Pune Airport get one vehicle and 20 min to get the second one. I had requested you driver to reach Shirdi by 1030 and he assured us that we will but he could not. The reason was that he could have but he wasn’t willing drive beyond 70kmph and it must have been to save fuel. The ac wasn’t more that half the cooling such tricks your drivers employ to save fuel. Very pathetic. Anyways, I missed my puja but that wasn’t the only thing.
He must have made 100 calls during his return, please check his phone bills for verification. What about customer safety? He always opened the window and kept spitting, its disgusting behavior.
When we ended the trip he says I have to pay more because his car has done 426kms and whereas the distance to Pune-Shirdi-Pune is only 360kms and we did not go anywhere in between. According ky knowledge it should not even 360 because he took us thru a shortcut and the road was so bad stating that we will reach early.
He did not show me his odometer when reached nor at the end so how do u know that this vehicle did 426 kms. I know when ola was mid sized it had good cars and serviced to offer but having bigger you guys are unable to manage. Even if you cant live up to the expectation, please don’t charge more that what you say. You give a 20 pc discount and the time paying advance but you include that in your final invoice its totally misleading.
