Driver accepted the ride but refused to come to BEL HospitaI, Bangalore. I missed my important, and urgent appointment. Í waited for 7 min, missed my bus and My appointment. This is utter nonsense. It has happened for the 2nd time! I had to cancel the ride myself and the app didn’t even give me an option to complain!
