I have booked ola cab twice only because I usually prefer my own car. The cab service was good. When I booked within few minutes the driver reached at my place. I usually book micro cab services that is best for medium distance journeys. The driver was helpful but I warn you if you are new in the city and you are using ola beware of it! The driver may cheat you and take longest route for your destination. They don’t have any knowledge of tour guides and don’t expect from them. The car was clean when I booked ola but the A.C was not working properly. I complaint it but no response from the other end.
