Past a few days back I happen to book Ola from a road near my home to a place where my friend lives.
generally I took auto for this distance and it coat me Rs 50 but suddenly I planned to book Ola cap and have a experience with them.and also to write a review for you guys.
but I think that day was the worst day of my help.
the Ola driver reached there after 15 minutes .instead of giving him the right GPS location and the mobile app showed me Rs 45 for my journey and as the journey ended up and I reached my destination the driver asked me Rs 127 which was very inappropriate.
also the worst thing about the ride was that I driver was not at all polite and there was a stinky smell in the car as in of alcohol I guess.
On that day I wrote a email to Ola company complaining about my ride.
they promised me to refund my money back but till nw they haven’t.
that is the worst part too.
