Its been a while where one can get good service transport in Mumbai, many are there who claim to be the best from some one else where they lack the big times no one can give what one wants in Mumbai of-course too much of wants.
Well ola is not one of them according to me we all know every company tries to give the best but fails ola is great if talking about pricing and the drivers are also very decent and the vehicles are also clean and tidy but the only issue with them is the bloody prices they mention that ola charges 6 INR per km but X (into) 1.6 now that’s not fair at all.
Ola should also try to get a costumer care as if due to some tech issues the net is not working so one can call up the customer care and get desired cab of his or her likes.
