I used OLA cabs after being referred by my elder brother. I booked a cab via ride later option 2 hours before but my ride was cancelled just 10 minutes before my pickup time. The cabs were now available for a peak price of 2.1 This was just like cheating for me I trusted OLA and booked the cab but no one arrived. This was very much disappointing. I also arrived late for the function for which I was supposed to go nearly at 11:30 pm when everything was almost finished. I request all never to book OLA via Ride Later option. You can book via Ride now but never book Via Ride Later. I use UBER which is 100 times better than OLA.
