Ola cabs were first to introduce cab in India. But now they have to lose their touch. The fare charges are extremely high on a comparative level with other cab companies. The tour operators are nice but one can easliy get a decent tour operator in any other cab company. The transportation quality was not so good. The car was in a shabby condition the exterior of the car had many dents and scratches. The tour guide was good but not upto the mark. Considering the high rise in cab companies the ola brand could be fade away if they don’t bring about some changes.
