Irresponsible drivers engaged by OLA.I have booked on22 dec for pick up at 4.30 am to go to airport and driver never turned up and kept his phone switched off.Ref: CRN161435384.When my flight is at 7.00 am OLA arranged alternate cab to pick up at 1.42 pm on 24 dec.For whom?
They say regret for delay ( of 58 hours) ?Even Ola never bothered to respond to our frantic phone calls.Iam forced to call alternate cab service early hours( 4.30AM) and pay huge amt in addition to real tension at my age of 68 years.( sr citizen) .I am really astonished to know this kind of bad service. k v prabhakar rao/k satyavathi
