Ola cab service is good for the ride in city.the service of ola is not good but we can use it in many times.the cab which are provided by ola are good quality and the behaviour of driver also good.but the timing of ola cab is very big issue that dicrease it quality of service.they have no proper time schedule.i m use ola in many time and the cab also good and but not reached in time so book before 2 hours .
The customer service is good but not best Sometime ola reduced balance from my account without any ride that is bad experience from ola
