I booked Ola Cab on 2 Feb 2016, 4:55 a.m and got confirmation message.
Driver called me and told he is on the way and it will take 5 minutes to take him to reach my place.
I waited for 12 more minutes and booked another Ola Cab at 5:07 a.m. I got confirmation and driver called me and asked for destination. But he also didn’t turn up.
And I went outside my apartment to book one more cab
Shocking I saw the first driver parked his car under a no Parking signage in front of Pizza hut Koramangala and was sleeping inside.
I booked one more Ola for last attempt and got confirmation on 06:22 a.m. But he also didn’t turn up.
I tried calling customer support and there was no response.
I spend almost 30 min on road and took an auto to fetch my friend and his pregnant wife who’s coming to bangalore for first time.
